Sophia’s story of the Training Course Lead Up!
Mariam took part as German participant in the Training Course ‘Lead Up!’ organized by Associazione Kora in Passignano sul Trasimeno, Italy in October 2022
“The Lead UP! Training Course was such an amazing experience. From the first day on, we made the basis for the strong connections, that we built up between the participants during our stay in La Buona Terra.
Our days consisted of energizers, group works, reflection activities, stepping out of our comfort zone and above all the delicious freshly cooked food! During activities that we had to create by ourselves, we were able to share many ideas and experiences, and by that inspired each other every day. We also learned how to find compromises, since a group of leaders goes along with lots of creativity.

Being given some free time by the facilitators, the participants also had the opportunity to explore the beautiful environment of Umbria, which gave us more energy not only for the activities, but also for dancing all night long and having fun together.
Overall, this training course was super enriching and fruitful for our journey as leaders and friends. ❤️”
